Produced from grapes grown in the Leyda valley, located just a few miles from the Pacific Ocean, which provides ideal cool climate conditions, to enable the grapes to ripen slowly without loosing acidity. The sauvignon grapes are hand picked and 100% fermented in new French oak barrels for one year. This wine exhibits a honeyed like personality displaying notions of hazelnuts intertwined with melon, fig, and exotic tropical fruit characteristics, with superb texture as well as a spicy, buttery style.
