Description
This single Domaine bottled wine is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in vineyards designated `Premier Cru` around the town of Chablis. The wine undergoes fermentation and maturation in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Coming from the premier cru area it has a rich dry style with hints of citrus and apple. A well balanced full flavoured individual wine, combining the fragrance of fresh mown hay.
