Corbiere

This wine is from one of the warmest and driest regions of France with an oceanic influence from the Mediterranean. Winds from the south and west bring a welcome humidity to the vines. The grapes are hand-picked to ensure the highest quality and yields that are not too high. These intense and spicy wines have flavours of wild thyme and rosemary. This particular wine is made from a blend of 50% Carignan, 20% Syrah, 20% Grenache and 10% Cinsault.
