This award winning producer uses the very latest wine making techniques with the wine under going fermentation and maturation in stainless steel vats before been bottled to produce this top Sauvignon wine. We are also listing his wine from the acclaimed south facing Chene Marchand vineyard, a truely exceptional Sancerre with complex fruit and mineral style perfectly balanced
