Lying in the upper region of the Loire Valley, this Domaine bottled white wine is produced by award winning producer, Thierry Merlin in the small hamlet of Bue 3Km from the town of Sancerre. Produced from the Sauvignon grape, and undergoing fermentation in steel vats to produce a classic wine, stylish and elegant with a full dry finish and typical gooseberry character.
