Familia Schroeder’s vineyards are situated at 39’ South Latitude, in San Partico del Chanar 53km northwest of the capital city of the province of Neuquen in Northern Patagonia. Named after the dinosaurs that once roamed this region, the Saurus range of wines are vinefied in an ultra modern purpose built winery.
The winery has been built to a particular design which adapts to the outline of the hills by means of five levels thus allowing the use of gravity for the natural movement of grapes and wine in the careful winemaking process. This care and attention to detail is evident in quality and style of these fascinating wines.
