Gin
Gin, distilled from white grain spirit and raw cane sugar is delicately flavoured with juniper berries. In London Dry gin the white grain spirit is re-distilled once a range of other botanicals (including Juniper) are added. The result is a surprisingly drinkable spirit with a delicate flavour, usually finding a home in mixed drinks like Gin and Tonic.
