Don PX, ,is produced by Bodegas Toro Albal, S.L. in the Montilla-Moriles Denominacion de Origen of southern Spain.The wine is made from sun dried Pedro Ximnez grapes (which helps to concentrate the flavours). These dried raisin like grapes then undergo fermentation with the resultant wine then aged in oak barrels for 25 years before being bottledTypically described as liquid Christmas pudding Don PX has a nose thatis chock full of raisin and vanilla notes. Intense raisin flavours and an alcohol content of 17% make for a truly remarkable wine.
