Description

Color. pale straw / yellow; appears unfiltered, with very tiny particulates. Some very fine, tiny bubbles. Nose. apple, lemon, a slight suggestion of terpene (a light rosinous/oily smell, like road tar vapours) Flavour. A sweet fruit blast that is not evident in the nose. green apple, pear, honeysuckle, peach, honey... and even a little slate/mineral. This is a light bodied wine that`s sweet and fruity, but balanced by a crisp acidity. Finish. like biting a green apple; crisp, clean, and with the sweetness tempered by the lightly sour acids. A wonderful wine; an elegant performer. Balanced. Beautiful.
