A high quality House Champagne produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The wine is produced by Gerard & Vincent Fresnet, who have nine hectares spread between Mailly, Verzy, Bisseuil and Couvignon. A recoltant manipulant wine, that is to say a wine produced by a grower producer who grows and sells the produce of his own grapes. This wine has good balance, ripe fruit taste and is not too acidic with a clean dry finish, combined with small mousse.
