Description

Pol Roger Brut Reserve has a typical Pinot Meunier flowery fruit, with Pinot Noir steely depth. Tart, acidic, citrusy with breadth and lots of the regional finesse you can expect. Light bready notes, probably a more stable nose and palate than the vintage versions but with less sweetness. A wonderful bead of lovely white fruits; light and tangy yet rich and mouth-yeasty. Quite sharp acidity, firm and persistent mousse, and a somewhat angular finish.
