Situated in the village of Pesquera, Bodegas Parxet have been producing the following two wines since 1997. The Tionio is a pure intensely coloured, austere, savoury Tinto fino Crianza with major grip and well integrated red and black fruit flavours. Fermentation takes place in steel and partly in US oak before spending another year in barrique, this is food wine to compliment strong cheese and roast game. The Austum is a more approachable style having spent 6 months in barrique to produce a softer more approachable wine.
