Description

eLes Crasi comes from the word craie meaning lime. This vineyard is situated near Volnay on gently slopping ground with large deposits of limestone in the soil. The wine has a rich colour with a vanilla and coffee bean aroama. On the palate ripe grapes, noble tannins and a touch of spice blend together to produce an elegant but powerful wine which will continue to develop over the next 4 to 5 years.
