Description

Produced exclusively from 30 year old vines grown on the Champs Gains area of vineyardswhich are situated above Montrachet at 330 metres altitude, enjoying a superb micro climate. Total production per year is just 2400 bottles. The terroir consists of very stony clay limestone soil which gives the wine its classic minerality and fineness. Pale green with aromas of citron, kiwi and a hint of vanilla. On the palate more substance and structure and great concentration and depth of flavour. Very long and fine on the finish will continue to develop over the next 4 years.
