This wine comes from the Clare Valley which is situated in South Australia just North of Adelaide. The 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Red is matured for a year in American oak barrels, and then undergoes further maturation in bottle before release. This red wine can be drunk with pleasure now or can be cellared for future enjoyment.
