Description

Deep garnet in colour with blueberry, cherry and spicy aromas and hints of pepper and toasty oak on the nose. On the palate, an explosion of spice with rich blackcurrant flavours and a smooth, lingering finish. Serve with seared venison fillets with roasted capsicum, on grilled plenta with a spicy cherry relish.
