Pale yellow-green colour. Floral aromas with apricot and custard apple on the nose. Expansive in flavour with fresh and pleasant sweetness on the palate, balanced acidity and an excellent and harmonious finish.
Hand sorting of the grapes before destemming. Pre-crush hand sorting. Reductive method transportation to the
press. Maceration in the press for 4 hours at 6ºC to 8ºC. Steel tanks for 15 to 20 days at 15ºC to 18ºC. Lees work
in the tank. 30% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
30% aged in French barrels for 4 months; 70% in stainless steel tanks.
It is a great idea to serve it with sweet and sour
dishes such as fish, Hawaiian pizza, different kinds
of sushi, teriyaki chicken or even deserts like apple
pie. Also delicious with shrimps and paella.
