Produced from Riesling grapes planted in Bollenberg , Saering and Kessler, and also in the young vineyards of the Kitterlé areas. After temperature controlled fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for six to eight months adding depth and complexity to the wine.
Pale yellow in colour, with a fresh Riesling nose of citrus fruits such as yuzu zest, clementine, lemon, pineapple along with a touch of ginger and a slight hint of smokiness.
In the mouth, this is a lively dry style Riesling with good length and rich citrus fruit flavours along with typical Riesling petroleum style.
Serve with spiced dishes, pasta, seafood and soft white cheese.
