This wine has been Barrel Matured for 10 months and has gone through 100% Malolactic fermentation in 45% 1st, 40% 2nd and 15% 3rd fill French oak barrels. The wines have benefitted with a rich depth of character and lively tension, without the sweetness and weight of higher alcohol.
