A blend of Tempranillo 85% with the remain 15% using a variety of other grapes all are hand selected and brought to the winery in the smallest tractors in the region. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at 28 degrees for 7 days, followed by 11 days maceration and malolactic fermentation in new barrels. The wine is aged in new French and American oak, with lees, until bottling
Dark garnet red colour with a pronounced bouquet of ripe strawberries and plums. Deep, rich and savoury on the palate showing well integrated tannins, elegant, silky fruit and subtle oak.
