Produced from 100% Chardonnay Grapes, which undergo vinification in stainless steel tanks to retain the freshness of the fruit. Perfect as an aperitif or with all types of seafood or chicken. This well known wine has a classic nose of green apples with a hint of fresh mown meadow, a wonderful crisp, dry flavour with an excellent balance between fruit and minerality.
