This Gran Reserva is only produced in vintages where the juice`s concentration and structure is deemed good enough to withstand prolonged ageing in cask and bottle. After two years in new American oak and a further three years in bottle, the wine is finally released. This wine always needs a little longer to breathe and shows clear signs of maturity. An array of aromas that include spices, leather and dried fruits are revealed which follow right through to the finish.
