Made from a blend of 50% Tempranillo and 50% Viura. To produce a wine that is pale pinkish-salmon coloured, typical of rose wines from this region. The aroma is one of ripe fruit and flowers, which, together with its light yet full taste leaves a fresh but warm sensation on the palate.
WINEMAKING. The grapes are macerated in stainless steel tanks for 24-48 hours, and the free-run juice is collected, racked off and fermented at a controlled temperature of 17-19° C. After a light clarification, the wine is cold stabilised and bottled.
FOOD PAIRING. The ideal accompaniment to fish, vegetables and pasta dishes.
SERVING TEMPERATURE. Recommended 12° C.
