Pinot Grigio Trentino Mastri Vernacoli 19/20
Straw yellow colour; intense and persistent nose with typically floral notes; dry, fresh palate with great character and elegance.
Typical vinification for white wine is used with soft pressing so as not to extract the rosé colour from the skins. Fermentation follows with the use of selected yeasts at a constant temperature of 20 °C. After the maturation stage in stainless steel tanks and stabilisation comes cold, sterile bottling.
It is a perfect accompaniment to fish, poultry, pastas and salads or can be enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif.
