Torres Vendimia Tardía Nectaria is a delicious dessert wine made from Riesling grapes, originating from the Fundo San Francisco, in Molina, where over a period of several weeks they are affected by Botrytis ripening before they are harvested. This process also known as Noble Rot, increases the concentration of natural sugars within the wine. The result of this is a wine that has acquired a beautiful old-gold colour, with an elegant and spirituous aroma. Dense and intriguing on the palate with a myriad of flavours reminiscent of honey, flowers and spices.
